Congratulations Zambia
The Zambians in California Association would like to congratulate His Excellency Michael Chilufya Sata President-Elect for achieving victory in this year’s tripartite elections held on September 20, 2011. H.E. Michael C. Sata becomes the fifth president for the Republic of Zambia. We would like to thank the outgoing President Rupiah Bwezani Banda for his service to the country and for ensuring a peaceful transition of power. Furthermore, we would like to thank our fellow countrymen back home for believing in the democratic process and for exercising their right to vote.
We would like to wish the President-Elect and the incoming government a prosperous stay in office. We look forward to great cooperation in moving our country forward in all sectors of the country.
